This place is awesome! Parking was easy right off of Garnet ave, with lots of spots in the lot. I was greeted by Denise when I walked in and she made sure that I felt like a queen during my time there. I used the PEMF mat and felt my body kicking into intense relaxation and even felt some endorphins pumping, which gave me those soothing sort of tingles. I also used the Halo Salt cabin, which was so chill and totally cleared out my sinuses. Lastly, I sat in the Infrared Sauna which was my favorite because it was sooo warm and vibey, I felt all my stress melt away. Afterwards, I drank a ton of water and felt muscles melting away tension like I have never experienced. I was so happy with the amount of privacy while I was utilizing each therapy, I felt like I could really unwind and be alone. Overall great experience and will definitely go back!

Just left Revitalize Wellness and I’m so glad I finally found this hidden gem! I just happened to be walking by and was intrigued by the offerings. Denise the owner gave me a tour and there is so much wellness packed into her space! I started with the PEMF because I have been looking for frequency therapy for my body. During my session I could feel a light energy exchange which was wonderful. Then I did twenty minutes in the red light therapy which has so many benefits for tissue regeneration.  Then I did the halo salt sauna which is helpful for healthy breathing. Can help your recovery from a cough or asthma. She has wonderful reading material in the sauna for your enjoyment. Finished my session on the vibration machine to move all of my good energy through my body.

Feeling incredibly detoxified and grounded after my visit. I can’t wait to come back. Denise and her staff are all so friendly and welcoming, stop by and see for yourself!

I did a package so I could try a bunch of the different modalities offered. Loved everything I did. The red light therapy was great and made me feel stretched out and in less pain.  The halo salt therapy really worked to open up my lungs and, really my entire upper respiratory.  The compression therapy felt like it helped my sciatic pain and got my circulation going better in my legs. I got a vitamin shot that instantly made me feel better and like i have good energy back.  I can't wait to go back to try the PEMF and the LED light face therapy.  The packages are a great deal. Our friend scheduled a girls spa day here for 7 of us, I have had pain in my knee from a fall for a little over a year now.
